Carlingford Park is a small Riding Pony stud set on 118 acres at Glendonbrook, 18 kilometres north east of Singleton in the horse capital Hunter Valley,New South Wales.
Having been involved in competitive equestrian sports since the mid 1970’s after a short hiatus from the sport our interest in showing was rekindled in the early nineties exhibiting Clydesdales, both in-hand and in harness. The overwhelming desire to again compete in the hack arena, combined with a love and admiration of Riding Ponies, has led to us exhibiting and later breeding this most elegant of equines.

Our aim is to produce quality ponies, galloways and the occasional small hack suitable for children and adults to exhibit in both the breed and open rings.
Our motto ‘Striving for Excellence’ symbolises the desire for continual improvement as we strive to breed the ultimate example of the Australian Riding Pony. Our focus on conformation, temperament and movement coupled with ambition and determination drives our passion.
With our resident stallion, the stunning and charismatic Royalwood Rossini complementing our small band of select broodmares we are achieving our goals. Breeding primarily for ourselves we do offer the occasional youngster and saddle stock for sale.
We welcome enquiries, visitors always welcome by appointment.
