‘Hamish’ is impeccably bred with pedigree is laden with producers of Royal, National and HOTY champions both in-hand and under saddle. Sired by the successful producing stallion Rosedale Tempting (Fairley Tempest imp/dec x Colbeach Simone imp). Hamish is also beautifully bred on his dam’s side being a grandson of our foundation Riding Pony mare Royalwood Songbird who has produced spectacularly well for us.

His dam, Carlingford Park High Society (exp NZ), is sired by Rothwell Toytown, a consistent producer of Grand National, Royal, HOTY & National saddle champions nationwide. She was well performed at Royal and National level prior to producing show ring superstar Carlingford Park Honour High (by W. National Anthem) before being exported to NZ where she went on to produce the incredibly successful show mare KL High Fashion (by Royalwood Rossini).

Hamish, a breedy pony of true Riding Pony type, possesses huge ground covering movement and an endearing soft temperament to match. From a short show career as a stallion, regularly sashed Supreme Champion including at his debut saddle outing in August 2012 he went on to win under saddle at his only Royal Show outing at Sydney Royal in 2013.
His foals demonstrate refinement, beautiful straight limbs, high set fronts and extreme expressive ground covering movement. They have been successful at the highest levels both in-hand and now under saddle.
